Yesterday I baked a batch of melting moments. I remember my mum used to make them when I was girl. She wasn't a brilliant cook but she was famed for her biscuits, and Shrewsburys in particular.I would have liked to have topped mine with a sliver of cherry to add a bit of colour but they were fine as they were.
