I do sometimes make guacamole, which I love but my avocados don't usually get as far as that. I either dress them with vinaigrette and spoon them straight from their skins or add slices to a crispy bacon butty (but not until Lent's over).
The ones in this week's box are still too hard to eat so I've time to think of what to do with them. I'm wondering what they would taste like in a sandwich with humus and bean sprouts. Hmm ...
