Our bathroom has a seaside theme and the pictures on the wall are of my favourite seaside town, St Ives. The large print and the two small cards are by Rachel Cockerill. Innumerable artists have tried in their own way to capture the spirit of the place, but for me she is one of the best.
I can't remember who painted the fourth picture but it features my favourite agapanthus, which will always be associated in my mind with lazy summer holidays.
The seagull is called Cynthia but, unlike her relatives in St Ives, she is not at all pesky!
It's looks like a very cheerful room!
